MAINTENANCE

Buffalo Airways is a fully Transport Canada Approval  Maintenance Organisation (AMO). Buffalo is fully licensed to perform all routine aircraft maintenance and repairs and employs some of the best trained Round Engine Mechanics in the world. We also employ Aircraft Mechanics specialized in system functions to keep our L-188 Electra fleet running. Buffalo’s certified AME staff of 50 allows us to supply unparalleled support to our entire fleet.

A massive spares inventory is kept on hand at all times for all aircraft and equipment. From individual components to full QECs (Quick Exchange Components), Buffalo Airways can quickly meet any maintenance requirement. Buffalo Airways is also known to have one of the largest parts inventories for WW2-Aircraft on the continent.

AMEs for heavy aircraft are on standby for immediate dispatch for any servicing requirements, regardless of location. This allows us to provide a reliable and safe service to all our customers and those who want to be in the future.

We also operate a heavy maintenance base in Red Deer, Alberta (CYQF).
